Supported by the “Lifeline” tool, this module creates self-awareness and illustrates patterns for when you are at your best and patterns where you find things more difficult/challenging to manage
This awareness helps you recognize the “environments” present in both conditions so that you can strive to replicate positive patterns or break patterns that aren’t serving you
In this session individuals will also make space to reflect on individual strengths and how that translates to “purpose”, which ultimately leads to a deeper connection to your work and increased performance
