My approach
At E3 Coaching, I help individuals and organizations break through obstacles and move forward with confidence.
As a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), trained by iPEC and credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I bring a deep foundation in both life and executive coaching. My background includes senior HR leadership roles within Fortune 500 companies—including serving as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for a global public company—giving me a unique perspective on the intersection of business, people, leadership, and organizational strategy.
My approach is rooted in listening and truly understanding who you are, the environment you are operating in, and where you are in your life and/or career versus trying to put you in a box or interpret who you are. My coaching and consulting framework is called The E3 way: Engaged, Empowered and Enabled.

I have partnered with global leaders across industries to shape high-impact people strategies grounded in business realities and plans. I have extensive experience in employee engagement and cultivating thriving cultures to drive lasting change and create magnetic workplaces. Through E3 Coaching, I blend my deep HR expertise with a personalized, practical coaching approach—supporting executives, teams, and professionals navigating leadership development, career transitions, and workplace challenges. My coaching and consulting framework—Empower, Enable, Engage (aka E3) —helps align people with purpose while strengthening communication, engagement, and culture.
My approach is rooted in an innate understanding of people, strategic HR leadership and coaching excellence. I have led complex M&A integrations, built performance management systems, implemented HRIS platforms like Workday, and unified people and culture to support sustainable business growth. My collaborative HR teams have successfully positioned HR teams in organizations as a strategic enabler, ensuring smooth transitions and driving scalable impact.
